maffud
I posted there but nothing Ironically, I've just run into the same problem. I have everything with Google Checkout working perfectly except for the flat-rate shipping. It never gets added to the GC order total. There were some posts in the official support thread about a "shipping module generator" that apparently writes code that needs to be used within the site, but I haven't been able to find any solid information on what that is or how to use it. -Dan
maffud
Now I've found that there is a "shipping_generator" folder in the googlecheckout folder, and it contains a README file that has instructions. I am going to try it now. Not sure if it will work for flat shipping, but it's worth a try...

maffud
Can you tell me if it works I have not been able to figure out how to use the shipping generator module. I found some vague instructions and tried following them, but I get errors that I do not know how to fix. Frankly, I'm starting to look at other shopping cart solutions because this is so frustrating.
urban3k
I'm thinking of adding another category named "If Paying via Google Checkout ..." And just have the user add the shipping manually but it won't look too good..

maffud
I found a solution. I switched to Zen-Cart. I wish I would have done so earlier!
urban3k
Lol thats a good one but I'm pretty happy with OScommerce store so any1 else
maffud
No really. I actually found switching to Zen-Cart easier than trying to get Google Checkout to work properly in osCommerce. But, good luck.
