cart->add_cart with price

Hi all,

 

I've to find a way to do a cart->add_cart with the possibility to set the article price. This new price may be higher or lower than the normal price.

 

It's there any existing function or a contrib ? I'd like to avoid to touch at the core functions. I may do a simple "update price" but I would even prefer to use an existing feature.
