Want to add coupon code offer to my website

Hello All,

I have a problem with my OS Commerce website. I want to be able to allow my customers to place a coupon code offer onto my website. I want to be able to change it from time to time as well. when I sent out my mailings to my customers, I sometimes offer them 10% off their next order or $10.00 off their next order depeding on what month and how business is going.
