Scrolling marquee want to change colors

Here is the code in the footer, right now the header is red background with white font, i want to change the background to a dark purple, or black with green font, and maybe the size as well. this is the code that was changed in header.php and i uploaded the sql file. nothing in the sql indicates that it controls the background or font. any genius know how to make this work the way I need it too.

Look in the stylesheet.css for the colors. You will probably find it labelled .headerinfo or .headererror.
