Missing value for Country

I was checking in on my site to see how things were going and decided to run a test order through the shop. When I get to the shipping page both USPS and UPS say that they are missing the value for country. I reloaded the USPS methods latest version and still get the same response.

Anyone have an idea?

Here's the email for the USPS rate quote response:
