Dyna Menu Compatible w/STS?

I've scanned the forum, but cannot read every post and continue to do any productive work, so I'll ask here. I'd like to use the Dyna Menu contrib on the catalog I'm building, for a client, but I'm using STS..is that a problem?

 

The reason I'm using STS is that the site will be heavily modified for use as a catalog/RFQ mechanism and STS makes it much simpler to exclude unwanted features, menu items, infoboxes, etc.
