When I view the source for my site I see underneath my meta tags:

<!-- start get_javascript(applicationtop2header) //-->

<!-- end get_javascript(applicationtop2header) //-->

But I see that some sites have:

<!-- start get_javascript(applicationtop2header) //-->

<script src="Scripts/AC_RunActiveContent.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

<!-- end get_javascript(applicationtop2header) //-->

What is this file and why is it not running on my site?

Yes I am, how is STS connected to this?

There is nothing wrong with your site as it appears to be working as it should. STS creates the <!-- start get_javascript(applicationtop2header) //--> and there is nothing to be alarmed by it.

The other sites are using JavaScript to assist in some Flash objects. Again, nothing to be alarmed over.

Ok but can I delete the script that makes it run if I don't need it?
