With christmas just around the corner, he thinks many people will start to need xpress shipping, and not be able to figure out how to get it. I've seen other sites that have a dropdown menu with shipping options (and prices), and it seemed very straight forward. Plus, you don't have to click a link and wait for another page to load. I'm no PHP genius, but if anyone has any ideas on how I might start developing a script, or on how to modify the current OSC script to do this, please let me know. As always, suggestions welcome.
