Separate Product Model (SKU) per Attribute

I have a store, 2.2 RC2a, running QT Pro, SPPC, and a few other modifications. Has anyone found a way to implement a contribution that allows you to have specific "Product Models" per attribute?

 

Like: TS-001-S, TS-002-M, TS-003-L, etc. for a T-Shirt.

 

This is urgent, and a major thorn in my side. The fulfillment house that ties into my mySQL DB is having a hard time extracting the attributes from the couple of orders tables they are polling.
