lildog
I have just recently upgraded to OSX and I zipped a textedit (plain text) file and uploaded it to a contrib page (Credit Class and Gift Voucher). I am getting reports that the PC users can't open it. WTF? *rant and rave* Ok so once again I need some help for the PC users. What do I need to do to make my Mac zip files PC compatible? It is a plain text file zipped in the OS. Thank you for your help, lildog
Jan Zonjee
What do I need to do to make my Mac zip files PC compatible? It is a plain text file zipped in the OS. I use CleanArchiver to also not add the .DSStore files in the zip. Never had a complaint about a zip not be able to be opened.

lildog
Excellent, so it is just one person. I thought that is what I had been told. I will use clean archiver from now on. Thank you for your speedy responses. Looks like it is not my problem anymore. WooHoo! lildog
