I don't know how can upload using FTP client in windows XP. 1. Download xampp here >> http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html 2. Install xampp. Remember where you're installing xampp. After installation, restart your computer 3. Locate the xampp folder created in the installation. 4. Unzip OsCommerce you downloaded. Extract "catalog" folder. 5. Inside xampp folder is another folder called "htdocs", place the "catalog" folder inside it. 6. Open your browser and type "localhost/phpmyadmin" no quotes 7. login user: root and no password 8. Once logged in, type a name for your database in the input box, click create. Remember the name of your database. Exit 9. Open your browser and type "localhost/catalog/install" no quotes 10.
