rwperkinsjr
I have the UPS XML and it works great if I leave it for posted rates. My company has negotiated better rates with UPS but when I try to use them I get a weird output. Next Day Air = 3.50 Second Day = 4.50 Ground = 5.50 Now this obviously is wrong. Next day air for 3.50??? Second Day Air Higher and ground even higher? Can someone help me figure out what is going on. I really want to offer my customers the negotiated rates. You can see it in action here although I have disabled the Negotiated prices. http://www.humateproducts.com It also does not appear that the handeling charge is being added. Help me please. Thanks in advance Edited January 3, 2008 by rwperkinsjr
Mav666
You have to make sure that UPS has you set up to receive negotiated rates - I had the same problem with a client and it took a UPS rep to contact customer service to get them turned on. Also, they only update their system once a week, Monday I think. Hope this helps ... Quote Even at a Mensa convention someone is the dumbest person in the room.
