But try this one http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1524 You should be able to control how your is going to look like by modifying a single HTML file only. I suggest that you read the manual instead of reading the instructions in the forum as some of the instructions in the forum are outdated. burnman
Hi! I'm a newbie too. But try this one http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1524 You should be able to control how your is going to look like by modifying a single HTML file only. I suggest that you read the manual instead of reading the instructions in the forum as some of the instructions in the forum are outdated. I too am a newbie, but I do have some knowledge of modifying these types of sites. For the oscommerce site, you'll have to modify the file called "stylesheet.css", it should be on your server...example: /public_html/.../catalog/stylesheet.css. This file has everything to do with the color of your font, background colors and borders, just to name a few. If you know a little about "CSS" it will help, if not I recommend asking someone who know about this stuff. I guess here is on this form is a good place to start. But having someone next to you I find is much better, if you’re interested in playing with this. It can get quit confusing and being one on one with someone who knows what there doing can help you much more. So if I helped good luck, if this wasn't useful or you have questions let me know.
