geoffwin
Thanks for any advice. Are there any known issues with the Auspost DRC URL? today / last 2 days? All has been working well but today constantly getting "error - post cannot be determined at this time. I am using http://drc.edeliver.com.au/ratecalc.asp? I have made no changes and this info may help before I start delving deeper :-) thanks Geoff Quote Geoff Telegraph Point 2441 Australia

marmee
Me too :( People can't checkout on my site at all, it just goes nowhere so I've set all the auspost modules to false and put on free shipping. A flat rate would work just as well too.
Guest
Hi Geoff Looks like the server is down at Auspost - I'm working on two Australian sites at the moment and both hang for ages whilst the checkout_shipping page tries to contact the server - then they time out and the error message is displayed. The front end website www.edeliver.com.au is also down. Graeme

The front end website www.edeliver.com.au is also down. Graeme The two sites on my local pc display a time out error message. The two sites on the web slowly open to the shipping page, with the austpost modules saying they are unavailable, and a huge error message at the top of the page. I did implement this http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...2538&st=100 post

Guest
All back this morning. thanks for your help, nothing worse then trying to fix something that it is not really broken. I tried it a few minutes ago, but the austpost module showed error,..... whatevere the standard error message is. The only difference was that the shipping page opened straight away. geoffwin
Thanks I just went through a test transaction and everything worked fine - hopefully they are only still having intermittent problems Quote Geoff Telegraph Point 2441 Australia

I had only left one module enabled while testing yesterday. In further testing, I removed the package dimensions and forgot to put them back.
