USPS Module Over charging on parcel post

I am using the multi-vendor shipping module and I am in production mode with the USPS. I was checking shipping costs to make sure they were right when I noticed that parcel post was higher than priority mail.

 

I checked the same package and weight on the USPS web site and found that Express and Priority were correct, but parcel post was $3.89 lower than reported by the shipping module.

 

If someone could help, I would appreciate it very much.

I did manage to figure out that it is adding "Extra" postage, as in oversized or liquids or whatever. Now I need to know how to make it stop adding the extra postage.
