Cannot seem to get it to work as when all installed as per install all links go to a page not found error. So assuming it is the.htaccess file

If I leave it as this I get a server error, if I comment out the first line it all works [Options +F] but I get Page 404 errors on all links.

 

Has this error cropped up before?
