Paypal IPN not working after server change

Hi,

 

I recently moved servers, and have managed to keep everything working except paypal IPN.

 

Order status shows orders awaiting verification after they have been processed by paypal.

 

Is there any way to fix this, or do i need to reinstal IPN ?
