Cheers, Michael. www.sofaking.org.uk Hi there, I'm experiencing the same problem as above ... Protx sends the email to the customer and the transaction goes ok but nothing gets recorded in the database and therefore there's nothing in the admin about the order and which product they ordered ... I've tried to buy something myself on our shop and it is working perfectly fine ... I'm running the latest version of ProtxForm (v1.17) and I've applied the fix for correct redirection too ... Any idea where it comes from? I guess they are never redirected to the page doing all the database stuff ... Any help REALLY appreciated as it's for our live shop ... Many thanks. I'd probably say try it "without" the added redirection....see what that does for mankind in general!
