Customers Sent Back To Card Details Screen

Recommended Posts

Hi there, this is a hopeful question,

Currently we have had a small amount of customers who enter their card details, click continue and then confirm their order only to be taken back to the payment details screen ...

Could this be an error from the payment company we are using (ProtX) ?

If so, does anybody have any idea what could be causing it, as there are no errors after the redirect...

Paul,

If the customer is not selecting the radio button but just entering their CC info and continuing the checkout process they will be sent back to the checkout payment to select the radio button as well as entering their CC info.

Are you getting any kind of error at the top of the screen? You could try to add a echo call in the checkout_payment to see what is going on. What other payment modules do you have and what are the sort orders of them? If you have more then one you should start them at 1 and not 0 sometimes that can make a difference.

what is the url they are sent back to? Does it have any variables attached to it? e.g. checkout_payment.php&error= (but no message showing on screen)

I have also noticed that there is a re-direct contibution been added recently but it will all depend on whether you are using
