Perhaps some will be of value, while others are not (ie. this one). It might help if you specified: -What country and or state you live in. -What are you trying to sell (you need a special license to sell alcohol - in the states). From there, you can figure out if any of the licenses apply to you. If you are selling tangible items, I want to say yes- you have to have a business license, occupational license, tax id, etc. Follow Mattice's advise, call your local chamber of commerce, they will be the friendliest in helping you :) ps....I just went though all of this for my business.
