ibandyop
After installing this into my store I have a problem. Now when I try and log into my account as a customer I get this URL: https://myhost.com/store//catalog/login.php It used to read: https://mydomain.com//catalog/login.php From the install file: 6. Add the contents of configure_support.php to your admin/includes/configure.php file Is it possible you changed something in catalog/includes/configure.php You may want to compare it with your backup or .bak if you have one. I would start by looking at define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', ... good luck. Quote ibandyop

Farrukh
I installed the previous version of Support Ticker and it was working fine until i updated it today with the latest version of it which comes with the FAQ etc. I am getting this error when i run the Admin Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_get_supports_status_name() (previously declared in e:inetpubwwwrootcatalogadminincludesfunctionssupport_functions.php:3) in e:inetpubwwwrootcatalogadminincludesfunctionssupport_functions.php on line 3 This is the only code which I can see in Admin and nothin else. It says it cannot redeclare tep_get_supports_status_name()..... as I have installed it earlier and i updated it now. How can i eliminate this problem Thanks
gdfwilliams
In fuctions/general.php, make sure to remove all of the old references to Support Ticket functions. We combined them all into one separate file. The error is a result of trying to declare a function twice.
Farrukh
Thanks Greg I had declared include('includes/functions/support_functions.php'); in general.php :) its sorted out now

Also, i keep finding more support systems mods but dunno which one worls with M1. Last support ticket system used and about to uninstall is support_tickets_v2.2. gdfwilliams
Now may be the time to think about adding live support and a forum to this puppy ;)
Guest
I have a small forum added: http://www.svflix.com/forum.php Every small to medium sized site i vist that has some sort of live support is always empty. Unless my store picks up enough to induce a stand by of more than 16 hours of customer support i dont really see how the support mod could help me out unless the user chooses to use this method and the admin recieves the request in a email. Currently the enquiries, sales, billing, shipping and support departments are at my desk drawer next to this PC with alotta loose change and some few cigs
Guest
Uhg what would happen if you install a support system with a faq manager while not know you already have aother faq mod installed? A big headache.
pldtm
ok i installed the V2b version and it seems to work good except for edit and delete. in fact when a customer delete a ticket he does'nt see it anymore, but for the admin the ticket is still here. the ticket_statut is 0 but still appears in the database. So my question is: is it really removed and if not how can the admin see the ticket is no longer valid thank's for help Quote PL DTM ----------------------------------------- Sur un malentendu, ... ?a pourrait marcher
bprimm
When I create/delete a ticket on the customer side i recieve an error- Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 550 Incomplete envelope information in D:Inetpubwwwrootcatalogincludesclassesemail.php on line 500 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at D:Inetpubwwwrootcatalogincludesclassesemail.php:500) in D:Inetpubwwwrootcatalogincludesfunctionsgeneral.php on line 32 The email does complete though. When using the admin side, everything works fine. Thank You, Brad
Snowman
The latest version is compatible with MS1, as I use it myself. You can download from here. www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,936 David is this going to be MS2 compatable? I have it installed on a MS1 snapshot and it works fine however ive loaded it into todays snapshot and it all seems to be ok except on the helpdesk.php file in the catalog once youve logged in comes up with: 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax near ') as total ' at line 1 select count() as total [TEP STOP] just after the helpdesk menu is displayed. anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
