Visitors Had 3 Items In A Shopping Cart But Never Took The Next Step

Our store has been up for a while now but we don't seem to be getting any sales. We are getting some traffic, not a lot but some. Last week I did a Who's on and there were 4 visitors. At least one of the visitors had 3 items in a shopping cart but never took the next step. This is not the first time this has happened. I tested the process by making a order myself and the programs work fine. Someone told me it may be due to the fact that the enter account info screen is not secured. Any thoughts? How can I secure the account entry page?

It appears that your store is secured via a shared SSL certificate as it is issued to *.websitesource.net.

I recommend buying a SSL certificate for your domain name then reading http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=151162. Your post has to deal with marketing as it appears that you are not asking for a review. What have you done towards online marketing and SEO? It appears that your site has been indexed by Google.
