Linkpoint Help

Guest

Recommended Posts

I am using Linkpoint and processed an order with my CC. I check in my merchant accout and the transaction was authorized correctly but how do I get it ticketed. I pulled up my test order and updated it as deliered but it still did not finalize my order in Linkpoint.

Am I missing something?

Please help ASAP as if my customers credit cards are not charged, then I will never be paid.

Thanks.

For anyone one else who is having the same problem this is the soultion:

1. Log Into you linkpoint

2. Select orders
