Please help (with table rate shipping)

Hi there,

I would be extremely grateful if someone could assist me with a little problem i'm having...

I have oscommerce installed and running at the following url;

http://www.creativei-media.com/clients/autopot/onlineshop/

I am in the process of setting up an online shop on my test server before transferring to another, but in trying to setup the table rate for shipping and then running a few test transactions, i cannot understand why the shipping/delivery cost is not appearing as it should according to my table rate.

The shipping charges should be applied as follows:

For upto 500g charge 1.50

from 500g to 16,000g charge 7.50

from 16,000g to 30,000g charge 12.50

from 30,000g to 60,000g charge 17.50

for 60,000g or above charge 25.00

I have used the following string for my table rate setting:

Shipping Table

500:1.50,16000:7.50,30000:12.50,60000:17.50,100000:25.00

Table Method

weight

With the above configuration, a purchase of an item, weighing for example, 150g, seems to show the shipping cost as £7.50, when it should be 1.50, and i can't work out why :(

I'd be grateful if someone could provide a solution for this... I'm guessing its nothing major, maybe just got the shipping table wrong?

Thanks in advance,

Anthony.

Maybe your products are specified in kg and not grams. If so, I guess your table should be in kg.
