The shops width can be edited in stylesheet.css :

.fixcenter {

width: 778px;

it can be set to a fixed width in px or by % like so:

.fixcenter {

width: 100%;

I just want to ask these obvious questions before I install this and find I can't do what I would like too

My website has many modules installed and changes made but looks like a standard oscommerce website.

I would like to install this skin over the top of my current website.

Can this be done easily to my modified oscommerce website?

Then I would like to modify to make the skin a green colour - can this is easily done by changing the

stylesheet.css?

Thank you,

Kat

PS and I can not really tell from the screenshot included but are the bars that have "Categories", "Quick Find", Reviews" etc in them slightly wider than the traditional standard oscommerce skin? or are they the same and only the colour is different?

1. You can use and drop over the files if your shop has not modifyed the same files as those which are included in the pack.

2. You can change the color in the stylesheet , but you will also have to change some of the graphics elements included.

3. The infobox headers are higher than the original ones.

1. check that you have uploaded the content to the correct web folder.

Its the content inside the templates /catalog/ folder which is supossed to be uploaded overwriting the files on your hosting/server.

2. When viewing the site after having done the changes, press CTRL + F5

i got it to work, did it buy copying the files to the catalogo foulder before installing the the database etc, then jusy had to copy the image over again after they had been over written.

i have spotted a slight bug though.

osscreen.jpg

gap here is only on the homepage, not on any of the product pages etc

Its not a bug... it showes because of the default center text , when you edit the text it will diseapear.

I must be blind or something but I can not find a download link.

There are links to both the blue and the pink/purple template in this tread...when you come to the download page you click on a small yellow folder with a green arrow over it to download the packs.

There is no "template" folder , you upload all the files and folder inside the /catalog/ folder in the basic blue template to your server overwriting the same files and folders there.

1. check that all the files and folders have been uploaded.

2. press CTRL + F5 when viewing your site after having done the changes. That is to clear your browser cache of old stored files and images
