eleftherios72
Dear friends, I have been using oscommerce on websitesource for long time without a single problem. After the sunday upgrade on the sql servers the problems starts........ 1. I use the 2checkout module for payments. The customer log in made his orders and then click 2checkout and forwarded to checkout web site and finish the transaction. just after automatic returns to page https://backgammonhellas.com....../checkout.php and the order is recorded to the web site. Now the 2checkout sending to https://backgammonhellas.com....../checkout.php but instead of the oscommerce direct the customer to https://backgammonhellas.com...../login.php page The result? the order is not recorded and i don't know what the customer ordered and he cannot see his order's progress. ------------ THE 2checkout's reply was the following: Thank you for contacting 2checkout.com. I apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. It appears that our system is actually directing your customers to the correct location ('https://backgammonhellas.websitesource.net/catalog/checkout_process.php'), the page however seems to be redirecting the customer to the login page. This is something within your cart that is causing a problem. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I made that change on 2checkout.com so after the completion of order to point: 'https://backgammonhellas.websitesource.net/catalog/checkout_process.php' but in vain. It seems that after the customer leaves my shop to go to 2checkout the oscommerce logged him out, so when he returns the oscommerce does not recognise him. Is this coockie problem? how can I solve it? PLEASE HELP ME and tell me where the wrong lies, how can I fix it? Before the upgrade there was no a single problem

Supposedly pm2checkout will not work unless you force cookie use until someone finds a workaround. I'm also using a shared SSL which makes things even worse. What really gets me is that in my 1st test transaction, i had to log back in after 2CO and then completed it again and it was actually recorded. I think you are correct in saying the user is logged off and not recognized by OSC. If anyone has had the same problem, please shed some light on this.
