Any ideas why "," appears as billing address in checkout payment?

Hi, I am getting this error as well.. can anyone pls advice what is wrong? What happened is that the customer_id is stored in the orders table but the customers' details that are supposed to appear in the orders table was not stored. Its all blank and therefore it wasn't sent in the email as well. If anyone has encountered this problem and has the solution please advice.. thanks!
