Editting category/product links -- anyway? Tried Ultimate SEO contrib, not doing what I need

Alright so, I did some searching -- saw some other people ask about this but no answers.

 

What I want is to be able to edit the menu system and give certain categories & products a static HTML link to a page I create myself (basically so that one can click on a category and get a page I have customized instead of the default "categories" page osC produces)

 

This would be the same thing as adjusting the menu system to accomadate external links (i.e. you want a menu item to link to www.aol.com)

 

Anyone know how?
