Troubleshooters - Anyone up for a challenge?

Ok, I have a myriad of troubles on the admin side. I have the following contributions installed but don't think they are the problem.

 

Paypal WPP & Paypal Express Checkout

Easy Discount

Easy Coupon

 

 

1.) I receive orders and payments just fine.

 

2.) All orders that arrive have an "Invoice Number" of "2059"

 

3.) All orders that arrive have a "detailed invoice" location of :

 

".../store/account_history_info.php?order_id=2059"

 

4.) When you click on the above link, no orders show in the "account history"

 

5.) When in admin ---> customers ---> orders, all orders show up under 1 customer with the same exact time stamp of:

 

"07/01/2006 19:30:41"

 

Every order I have received since that date & time all have "2059" as an invoice number and that same time/date stamp.

 

6.) When I click on "Invoice" for any order, I get the following error:

 

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/cigarmon/public_html/store/admin/invoice.php on line 13"

 

7.) When I click on "Packing Slip" for any order, I get the following error:

 

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/cigarmon/public_html/store/admin/packingslip.php on line 13"

 

8.) When I click on "Edit", it appears to work fine but they all show that same customer info.

 

9.) All of the orders since that date stamp all say "Pending" as well.

 

Any ideas on where to begin to start straghtening this out?
