coultog
Hi everyone, Sorry, this is probably a really stupid question, but I've looked everywhere for the answer and read so much, I just can't seem to get it to work. In my table rate, I have the following: .1:1.00,.25:1.50,.5:2.00,.75:3.25,1.00:4.50,1.50:5.50,4.00:8.00,8.00:10,10.00:12 .00 If I add an item weighing 1.5 I would expect shipping to be ?5.50, however, for some reason it says it will be ?10. I just don't understand what's going wrong... Any help grately received. Gary

Thanks, G Hi, I've taken a snapshot of what I see and wondered if you can see any issues? http://www.thinkofus.co.uk/flatrate.pdf Thanks, Gary
Anne Gaudette
Hi, I've taken a snapshot of what I see and wondered if you can see any issues? http://www.thinkofus.co.uk/flatrate.pdf Thanks, Gary This is a long shot... have you tried removing the unnecessary zero's? The other thing I would do is repost this request with a subject title that says 'table rate issues' or something like that. Right now it reads flat rate which is misleading. and then add something like HELP HELP!! Begging seems to get more reactions. :) I am still thinking about why that would be happening. It all looks good except the unnecessary zero's. Other thoughts make sure flat rate is not installed. In admin/modules/order total look to see if you have put any value to the low order fees. For instance on in my store I charge a flat rate for anything under $50 of 5.50. In your case the low order fees should be set to false and zeros. Random thoughts... not sure if they will help. I hope they do! Annie

A bit of mixture. I agree about the name of the post... I got the name wrong!!! :( Thanks for your help!!!

I got the name wrong!!! :( Thanks for your help!!! Hey Gary, Look on line for a person named Vger. He has information out on the installation procedure. He is brilliant and usually REALLY helpful with anything I send him. Go to the section for configuration and installation. At the top is usually his piece about installation. Look for it. It has the red suitcase and thousands of views. Click into that and then add a reply to him about your issue. Or click on his name and it will open his profile and send him an e-mail. Not the personal ones just the e-mail. I have been reading these threads for a couple months now and his input and enigma1 seems to be the most helpful. If I think of anything else I will forward it. We are all lost out here together ya know! Good luck!

coultog
Errr... he's a she, Anne... ;) Gary... I take it you have checked that your tare weight is set to zero? I found out about that yesterday!!! It's considerably better, however, some of the prices still seem skewed, so I am unsure what's going on, but at least it's only out by about 200g's now :))) Thanks for your help.
