You need to go to admin>>Module>>order total and see the sort order set for subtotal and shipping. Subtotal should have a bigger value then shipping. Shipping is set to 1 and subtotal to 2 right now and it not adding up Right now subtotal only add the products and the shipping is not included in the subtotal wich is what I need. Total of merchandise and shipping are separated, and you'll need to combine them and get rid of the single shipping module.
