Barclays epdq problem

I have installed the Barclays epdq module v2.0 .

 

Some orders have gone through ok, but the majority fail .

 

Here is what Barclays have forwarded from their error log and their comments:

 

Message=Not a valid allowed URL. Expected: http://www.domain.com/checkout_confirmation.php, actual: http://www.domain.com/checkout_confirmatio...8744290abe549b2

 

"The expected URL http://www.domain.com/checkout_confirmation.php is what you or your web developer has input into the CPI admin tool but the actual URL we are receiving is http://www.domain.com/checkout_confirmatio...8744290abe549b2. "

 

Now obviously the difference is the session Id on the end, but I dont understand why Barclays is having a problem with this. Is their a setting/piece of code I've missed during set up?
