Admin cat new column

Is it possible to create a product code when creating a product that is only seen by admins, so when you click on Categories / Products (in admin) you get the 'product title' then 'status' then 'action' (as normal) then after that the code no, so a new column with the admin product code.

 

Any php code provided and which files to update would be greatly appreciated.
