Guest
What is this tep? I see it used through out oscommerce. tep_db_query, echo tep_draw_separator, echo tep_customer_greeting(), $image = tep_db_fetch_array($image);. I am just learning php and have searched w3schools.com and other places. Cannot find anything on this tep. A link to a site explaining this creature or an explanation here would be greatly helpful. Thanks OCTP <_<
Jan Zonjee
What is this tep? It comes from the history of osCommerce. In version 3 it will all be osC_
Guest
It comes from the history of osCommerce. In version 3 it will all be osC_ Forgive me if I am being a little dense. SO, $image = tep_db_fetch_array($image); is the function db_fetch_array. And tep_ is a signature (The Exchange Project). I could go through and remove all tep_ or insert osC_ or anything_ at every occurrence of tep_ and the program will work just fine? I was trying to interpret tep_ as some special function instead of a signature. Thanks Enlightened newbie that takes nothing for granted when it comes to programming and I do appreciate the response. :D
