jmilton
I am having a problem with the text area portion of the option type feature. It works perfect in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer the text area is so skinny that you can't see the text that you are typing. In Opera, the text area is not visible at all. Please help, I really need customers to be able to enter text on the product info page. It will be used for the customization of signs. Thanks in advance for your assistance. I have found a workaround for this problem. If you create another product attribute on the same product, like a dropdown menu, the text area attribute will be the same width of the dropdown menu attribute. So if you make tha dropdown menu say "enter text below...............", that will give you sufficient space for your users to write in the text area. I hope this helps someone.
