Trouble with CCVG(Trad) contribution

Not showing in the admin panel at all, hence I can not complete the install

 

No previous mods, installed all files, ran SQL file, and all the files are showing in the directories. But, when you go to the admin/modules/order total = Nothing from the CCVG(Trad) contrib shows.
