The picture is of the order system and next to this is the Fed-Ex options. There is also a SHIP tab, that you do not see since both orders listed were in fact shipped. When you select ship, the following page opens Fed ex link and ask what method of shipping. This page has all the customer info on it, including the order number. So, we only selected: Fed Ex home delivery, overnightam, overnight standard, 2nd day, express saver.
