I'm having just a couple of nagging problems with the wonderful Ship in Cart contribution: The "Selected" icon (green checkmark) fails to appear (though it is set to "True" in the administration area) "Item Weight" is included in the estimate listing (even when disabled in the administration area) I have renamed, inserted, and uploaded as instructed, but still can't get these two features to work.
