This should read either: 1. "The wedding has to be perfect, so does the wedding gown"; or 2. "The wedding must be perfect, so must the wedding gown". Otherwise, you are in effect saying, "so does must the wedding gown" because you are using the verb "to be" with " must". You cannot be must.
