The calculation of the total sale on my internet store is coming up incorrectly.

Check below:

Sub-Total: $109.90

FL TAX 6.0%: $6.59

United Parcel Service (1 x 13lbs) (Ground): $10.02

Total: $127.11

Happens everytime!

Anyone know what's goind on?

Thanks

try putting shipping above tax in sort order. Poorly documented, but believe it or not the calcualtion order is dependent on the sort order

:)

I have the same problem too...

but I could fix the problem for calculation but it still display the wrong total tax

For example:

product is $10

discount -$5

0.825% Tax should display $0.41

it displays $0.83 instead

it calculates $0.41 for total though

Thanks

I have the same problem:

Sub-Total: $39.50USD

HI TAX 4.166 + : $1.65USD

United States Postal Service (1 x 1lbs) (Priority Mail): $4.80USD

Total: $46.15USD

I would like to try the above Fix (changing the sort order) could someone tell me how i can do this.

Mahalo in advance!

Tax is being charged on your postage which has NOTHING to do with the Sort Order.

If charging tax on shipping is incorrect:

Go to your shipping modules and select the USPS module and remove the tax aspect of it, by editing it.

If charging tax on shipping is correct:

Go to your modules > order totals and swap the tax and shipping around.

You solved my problem.

Thank you sooo much!!
