I have the same problem and I don't get the debug emails either. I get this both with running it live or with the sandbox. I went back to a fresh install and that didn't help. I wonder what versions people are using that have this working.

I use the one by DevOSC. It works.

Can you tell me what version of osCommerce you are using and which DevOSC?

I've tried oscommerce-2.2ms2-051113 and PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN_v3.1.5,

auto return works fine, PayPal processes all but on the return to osCommerce:

no emails are sent and the order is not updated as complete.

PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN_v3.1.5 including PWA, OSC updated to 051113.

Are you running PayPal in test mode?

No test mode is off. I'm testing with sandbox. I'm not using PWA.

I did a test to figure out if the problem was at the PayPal end.

So I installed an old version of osCommerce that went back to 6/2003 and

PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN 2.9.

The results were that on return the Admin's "Orders" were updated - PayPal

was shown as completed and the "PayPal IPN" also now showed the order.

The thing that did not work was the stock osDowloads ... upon return no

download information was visable, until you reloaded the page, then it appeared.

My client is complaining half of the paypal orders don't have their status set to Pending after they're processed. It used to work perfect, has anything changed on Paypal side?

I have the same problem as others here, no IPN information returned but the order was completed at PayPal's site. I have been searching the forums and it seems to be affecting both the official PayPal IPN module and the one by DevOSC (3.15). It does not seem to affect everyone, but I think it must be on PayPal's side. It seems to have started within the last week because I was getting IPN's last week, but not this week(even in the Sandbox).

I am having this same exact problem. I get this message:

No PayPal Transaction Information Available when trying to view orders. Any update on this?

Also, how do I receive an IPN? When I go to admin->customers->Paypal IPN, there is nothing there. However, the customer has paid me correctly, as this is registered with my paypal account. Is there some kind of difference between an IPN and a normal payment? If so, how is an IPN made?

Forgive me for my ignorance.

Thanks!

Yes, I have those settings, but it still doesn't work. You don't have any problems at all?

No, no problems at all.

I am in Australia, but am using paypal.com

I can't think of what else can be different.

Have you tried

Test Mode

This should be off for live environments.

You can simmulate your own IPNs via the IPN Test Panel.

I am still at a complete loss.

I get this:

Transaction Activity

Date Status Details Action Gross Fee Net Amount

No PayPal Transaction Information Available (d0d22bb84afa3fe1b95ca15336e1b287)

This is after completely doing a clean install with the only module installed as devosc v3.1.5 paypal. My Paypal account is set to return and IPN is enabled. I've dug through all 39 pages of the devosc forum, but have no luck in finding a solution. What exactly is wrong?
