Urgent paypal help please!!

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

Can anybody help me?

I took my first order the other day for ?15.50. In my Admin, the payment showed as 'pending', but the money was in my Paypal account as completed, and so I processed the order . Today, there is an order showing in my admin totalling ?49.50 for 3 items.

Again, the order is complete. It shows the items, the total, and the buyers address. It also says: Payment Method: PayPal (Credit Card / Debit) . Thing is, the money isn't in my paypal account, so I am a little confused. Obviously, I dont want to miss out on any orders, but I can't understand what's happened.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Claire

Similar problem but no answers. Have not had many orders yet but of the ~10 orders, 2 orders have not shown in my store but did received the normal notification email from PayPal of the order. The funds where in the PayPal account and did transfer normally to my checking. The customers do have active accounts but no orders show in their customer - orders folder. Any reason why this could have happened and how it may be corrected? Your help is appreciated, many thanks, Tad
