help w/ WAP Admin

Installed WAP Admin and now getting the errors when I try to access the wapindex.php from a phone browser or a normal browser.

 

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /site/site/public_html/shop/admin/wapindex.php:24) in /site/site/public_html/shop/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /site/site/public_html/shop/admin/wapindex.php:24) in /site/site/public_html/shop/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 55

 

I have read the forums regarding 'headers already sent', but still cannot figure it out.

 

Any ideas?

 

If admin can work, I want to add catalog WAP next.

Now I added WAP to my catalog and this is what I get:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in/site/site/public_html/shop/catalog/includes/functions/database.php:13) in /site/site/public_html/shop/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 13
