DesignAlot Posted November 22, 2005 Share Posted November 22, 2005 A customer who hosts with me changed his login password in os commerce, and since then neither his new or old password get him in. We are totally blocked when trying to login and adjust prices / products etc. Is there a file on the server that you can manually look at to see if user typed something in wrong when he created new password? ♥Vger Posted November 22, 2005 Share Posted November 22, 2005 Use the 'Password Protect' or 'Directory Protection' feature in your web hosting control panel (not your osCommerce 'admin' panel) to Password Protect the osCommerce 'admin' folder.
