Accessing my OScommerce files via Windows Exlorer

I want to acces my files via Windows Explorer file manager so i can copy all of them and paste at the same time. How do i do it?

 

I remember i did it once but can't recall how. :(

I just type in ftp://myurl.com then a pop up comes up asking me user name and password and I'm in. Only have to enter it once. Some sites don't do the pop up though, guess different host or something do it differently but when that happens I click on file then login as and do the same thing.
