Thank you <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I use ftp and copy the whole site to my hard drive after i have made changes. That way if it goes awry you can just put it back and start again. Thank you <{POST_SNAPBACK}> customer info is spread thoughout several tables, the main being customers and address book. Product info is spread even more.
