Error message in Admin/easy populate console

Hello everyone. I am having a problem. I installed Easy Populate and it is showing up as a link in my admin page. When I click on the easy populate link to go into the configuration page, I get a error in a pop up window. The error message reads:

 

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /mnt/web_d/d12/s03/b0249f2a/www/ToyStore/nfoscomm/catalog/admin/easypopulate.php on line 659

 

I have looked at the info on line 659 and I do not know what to change it to to make this error go away. Here is my code from line 650 to line 670

 

$attribute_options_values = tep_db_query($attribute_options_query);

 

$attribute_options_count = 1;

//while ($attribute_options = tep_db_fetch_array($attribute_options_values)){

if (is_uploaded_file($file['tmp_name'])) {

}

 

I created a folder in my catalog directory called temp "catalog\temp

I get the same error message.....

 

Anyone have clue what the problem might be?
