The customer is given a choice of shipping options through the United States Postal System module. However, no matter what option they choose it comes out Global Express Guaranteed Document Service which is quite expensive. If they email me it is not a problem but I'm worried that I may be losing business because people just give up on it. Does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it? Port Halcyon Posted June 28, 2005 Share Posted June 28, 2005 I'm having the exact same problem. No matter what the user chooses the USPS module overwrites to Global Priority. Instead of a $3 shipping bill it automaticall wants $25.50. I know that the psot office is hard up but gees! Does anyone know where the error is and how to fix it?
