Define Mainpage problem

Guest

Recommended Posts

I have installed Define mainpage contribution when I enter my catalog everything is there but also this announcement.

1054 - Unknown column 'customers_group_id' in 'field list'

select customers_group_id from customers where customers_id = ''

[TEP STOP]

When I login at admin, I find the 3 define mainpages, but when I change sommething they don't come up on my catalog page.

Help!!

I found the problem myself, it was not very clear to me, that the contribution define mainpage had an update to use it with B2B!

I don't have B2B installed so that was the problem!

There was a typo aswel in the file, but only in the updated file for B2B.

it said Add these lines (folow suit) ADMIN BOXTYPE LISTED

in the file admin/includes/languages/any language.php

//define_mainpage for B2B

define('BOX_CATALOG_DEFINE_MAINPAGE2', 'VIP's Main Msg.');

In 'VIP's leave out ' so it wil be

define('BOX_CATALOG_DEFINE_MAINPAGE2', 'VIPs Main Msg.');

IF anyone ever wil use it again.

Unfortunately the B2B file had 3 different mainpages this one only 1

How did you fix this?

I just installed and spotted the typo! , but get the following too:

1054 - Unknown column 'customers_group_id' in 'field list'

select customers_group_id from customers where customers_id = ''

[TEP STOP]

Cheers

Neil

I thougt I was clear but apparently not, the version of define mainpage you are using is the wrong version. This one only works if you have b2b installed. Look at the contribution page and download the version define mainpage (ordinary) somewhat at the bottum of the page. Good luck abdll
