Hi Moonlitsun, you are busy these days :)

1) http://stoneworktools.com/header.jpg is 71,019 bytes and was the last part of the page to load. Smaller would be better.

2) http://www.stoneworktools.com/images/ Turn off directory listing. Add;

Options -Indexes

to your .htaccess file.

3) Some parts such as the heading of your boxes are coloured, but other parts are not, it looks unfinished to me.

4) http://stoneworktools.com/product_info.php...roducts_id=1410. On the page you have "This product was added to our catalog on ." but no date, why not just get rid of the text.

5) "Product images may not, under any circumstances, be placed on personal websites." The whole page is lacking but their is a difference between a personal web site and a commercial web site. Are you saying that it is okay to use them on a commercial site???

6) "Your credit card and personal information is safe with Stone Tools - we guarantee it." Then under that; "Guarantee

Your browser and the Stone Tools secure server encrypt confidential information ..." I would take out the "- we guarantee it" part. Personally I don't think there is enough conection between the two part to for the customer to make the connection. The broad general statement in the first section " we guarantee it." would be all that most people would read. I think for clartiy sake the paragraphs would be better as;

"Your credit card and personal information is safe with Stone Tools. Stone Tools respects and protects your privacy.

Our Guarantee To You

Your browser and the Stone Tools secure server encrypt confidential information during ....."

7) http://stoneworktools.com/index.php?manufacturers_id=62 Missing image.

8) Going back to your colours for the boxes, etc. The images are great but I don't think the colour choices are manly enough for the products you sell. If you go to home depot I think it would be hard to find a power tool in the colour choices you have picked. The companies that do sell them pick their colours for a reason and I think it would be better to follow their lead.

Nice site,

Peter

Peter,

Thanks for the input! Actually, the text within those privacy and conditions language files are standard content, which apparently the client was satisfied with. We'll have to take another look at some of the coloring per your suggestion, so we can better target appropriate markets in the future.

Thanks again, Peter (yep, keepin' busy :lol: )
